A problem-solving method inspired by Stanford University. Teams work from a real problem to a prototype they can test and present.

Participants build models to answer questions, going deeper with each round. The method brings out ideas, shared knowledge and creative thinking.

Do participants need technical skills or experience?
No. No technical background or experience is needed. Everyone starts equal, and our facilitators show each team what it needs as they go.
What will people actually do?
Every session is hands-on. Teams build something with robots, prototyping materials or LEGO® bricks, depending on the format, then test it and show it to the room, often as a friendly competition between teams.
How long is a team building session?
Robotics team building runs 2 to 3 hours. Other workshops are planned around your day: tell us how much time you have.
What’s the difference between team building and an innovation workshop?
Team building is a robotics competition. An innovation workshop adds theory and a challenge where teams work from a problem to a prototype.
Do you run LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops?
Yes. Participants build models to answer questions, going deeper with each round, with one of our facilitators running the session.
Do you run generative AI (GenAI) workshops for employees?
Yes. Our AI programme for staff covers artificial intelligence and generative AI (GenAI), hands-on, for company and government teams with no technical background through to engineers.
Can you run an AI workshop for non-technical staff?
Yes. The AI programme has four levels, from introductory to advanced, for staff with no science background through to engineers.
Where do you run it?
At your office, at a hotel or event venue in Dubai or elsewhere in the UAE, or at our KHDA-approved centre on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.
Do you work with government entities?
Yes. We run workshops for federal ministries, municipalities and authorities as well as companies.
Do you run staff workshops for UAE Innovation Month?
Yes. Many of our staff innovation workshops have run during UAE Innovation Month and innovation weeks, for government and company teams. Tell us your dates and group size.
